Sorting by decade

Hi!
I have a grid with a year column, and I'd like to sort it when I press on the header, but by a decade instead of a year (if the decade is the same I'd like it to be sorted by genre). Here's my example: https://snippet.webix.com/afme8bf3. Any tips?
